The Annual Turner School Athletic and Academic Awards Night was held recently at the Turner School Gym. All students, teachers, and parents were invited to attend. After cupcakes and a beverage, the awards were announced. Shane Kimmel, Student Council President, gave the Welcome.

The Academic All State awards were announced by Superintendent, Mr. Tony Warren. Those receiving for the 2019-2020 year were Sarah Billmayer, and Jack Harmon. And those receiving for the 2019-2020/2020-2021 school year were: Brandy Calvert, Shyan Krass, Brooke Reed, Laci Maloney, Dakota Krass, Hannah Richman, Shane Kimmel, Austin Welsh, and those for the 2019-2020 only were Trever Kimmel, Charlie Calvert, and Trent Billmayer.

Tony Warren also gave the Scholar Athlete Awards which were presented to Brandy Calvert, Brooke Reed, and Trent Billmayer.

The Boys Basketball awards were presented by Dylan Welsh and assistant Coach, Johannas Brown. Those receiving a bar for the 2019-2020 year was Jack Harmon. A "T" and basketball pin was presented to: Tate Beck, Carson Maloney, JR Brown, Caleb Zellmer.

A "T", basketball pin, and bar pin was presented to Trent Billmayer, Ryan Doyle, and Chantry Jorgenson. Two bars were presented to Charlie Calvert, Shane Kimmel, Shay Humphreys, Trever Kimmel, and Austin Welsh.

Then Coach Welsh gave out the following individual awards:
