Food Drive for the Harlem Food Bank

June 8, 2022

On Sunday, June 12, 2022 at 1:00 pm the American Lutheran Church in Harlem will be conducting a food drive for the Harlem Food Bank. The other churches in Harlem will be assisting with the project as well. We are asking all residents to have some food ready in a sack or box so it can be picked up by a volunteer. The food drive will assemble at the Harlem Food Bank to begin collecting at 1:00 pm. Water and snacks will be available to volunteers.

Items that are very useful this time of year are cans of green beans, corn, peas, carrots, chili, pears, peaches, fruit cocktail, pork and beans, various soups, jelly, peanut butter, pancake mix, maple syrup, various juices, spaghetti sauce, noodles, Mac and cheese, sloppy Joe mix, cereal and many other non-perishable items.

Thank you all in advance for your support. Harlem Food Bank
