Hill County Electric Cooperative, Inc. (HCE) will be holding its 78th Annual Meeting of Members on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at the Student Union Building on the campus of Montana State University-Northern in Havre, MT. Members will be electing two trustees, one for District 2 and one for District 3. Voting may occur via mail or in person at the meeting. Registration begins at 9:00 am, the business meeting starts at 10:00 am followed by lunch and prize drawings.
