The family of Tristan Billmayer is pleased to announce the winner of the 2023 Mental Health Field Scholarship in the amount of $500.
Aspyn Colby, a 2023 graduate of Chinook High School is the daughter of John and Dawn Colby. Aspyn is a Freshman at UND this Fall and plans on majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in psychology. She was awarded this scholarship with the intent to spread awareness of mental health within the criminal justice system.
