Olive Lucille Robinson, age 90, passed away in Whitefish, Montana on November 19, 2023. Her life revolved around the ranch life. She spent most of her life between the ranch and town while her son, Bill, was in school. After he graduated, she lived at the ranch full time. Oil painting was one of her most passionate pastimes. She was also known very famously for cooking and gardening. Olive was particularly known for cooking large meals for all the ranch crew and branding help. Her son Bill married Veronica (Johnson) in 1997, who eventually took over a lot of the cooking responsibilities.

Olive is preceded in death by her husband, John, sister Leona and brother Howard. Family services are being planned for a later date. Darlington Funeral Home is caring for Olive’s family.
