4-H MEETING MINUTES (VALLEY CLOVERS)

The meeting was called to order by President Wylee Simenson at 1:00 PM at the Miller shop. Norah Zellmer led the American pledge and Wacee Simenson led the 4-H pledge. The roll call was what’s your favorite thing to do in the snow. Hannah Schoen read the minutes from the last meeting.
Norah Zellmer and Wylee Simenson reported on the Seed Show. Our club entered two display boards into the Seed Show. One of them was on a 4-H steer and the other was on Photography. Henry Miller Reported on 4-H camp. He is going to be a camp counselor.
Under New Business, we discussed community service project ideas. A motion was made by Norah to do a highway cleanup and invite another club to participate. Wacee seconded the motion, the motion passed. Under new business, we also discussed inviting a guest speaker to an upcoming meeting.
Trent Noel of the extension office presented on 4-H camp and rec lab.
Wacee made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Hannah seconded it. The motion passed.
The next meeting will be held at the Miller shop on April 28 at 1:00 pm followed by the highway cleanup and a pizza party.
