The Family Dollar store has partnered with Dollar Tree to bring a new retail option to Harlem, Montana. Located at 102 Central Avenue Southwest, the Family Dollar and Dollar Tree combination store is due to open in the coming months.

According to a corporate spokesperson, "It's two great stores coming together. Family Dollar, ready to meet your family's needs, will work alongside Dollar Tree, with its thrilling offerings in seasonal, party, and crafting to help you celebrate life's occasions. Historically, small towns have had very limited retail options, forcing shoppers to often travel long distances to meet all of their shopping needs. We are changing that."

On April 1, electricians were in the store wiring the bathrooms, and shelving was being constructed to be ready to display the store's stock. The Family Dollar store will carry a wide assortment of items, including cleaning supplies, discount groceries, and seasonal items and toys. Consumers will also find deals on kitchen essentials, laundry supplies, food, and beverages.

"We are writing a bold new chapter for our business and for small towns all across America. Nearly 50 stores are open now with many more opening this year," a corporate official reported. "Building on the success of both brands, we have created a new format for populations of 3,000 to 4,000. Two of your favorite brands, Dollar Tree and Family Dollar, in one location!"

Specializing in Real Estate Development and Construction, Michael Macfarlane, who works as a Project Manager at Leading Tech Development, was unavailable for any updates about the store's actual open date or who might serve as the store manager.
