Chinook Golf & Country Club to hold Annual Meeting

April 25, 2018

Following an unusual winter and extreme amounts of snow the Chinook Golf and Country Club is a little later than normal getting started, but at least they are able to. Courses in Harlem and Havre have been severely hit by this years flooding.

The Chinook Golf and Country Clubs regular season start was pushed back several weeks due to the extended winter, but at least they are able to begin moving forward with organizational and league plans.

The flood has severely affected the golf course operation in Harlem and when further information is provided we will pass it on.

The Annual Meeting of the Chinook Golf and Country Club members is set to take place this Thursday, April 26, at 7:00 p.m. in the Blaine County Library meeting room.

The meeting will include a review of the past year, information on course intentions moving forward and the election of Board Members and officials.

The Chinook Men's League is also looking to get things moving and will hold a meeting at 6:30 p.m. at the clubhouse.

The league will hold a 'Fun Night' on Wednesday, May 2 and is looking to begin play the following week on May 9.

If you interested in forming a team or getting on a team that needs a player or want to be included on the sub list please attend this meeting.

League fees, rules and schedule will be discussed among other things at this meeting.
