    HAVRE, Mont. — The Bureau of Reclamation’s contractor, NW Construction Inc., will close access to traffic on Fresno Reservoir Road, across Fresno Dam on Monday, September 22 through Friday, September 26. The temporary road closure is necessary to complete asphalt paving on the crest of the dam, as part of the Fresno Safety of Dams Modification Project.     Hello From the Chinook Senior Center We had lots of nice people here for our Ice Cream Social, which was held on Saturday, August 30th. We had ice cream of the best quality and toppings galore. Home School Hour is moving to Monday starting in October and will be from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Middle School Meet-up will be on Mondays from 3:45-4:45 p.m. for grades 6, 7, and 8. Mercer Phlegar, from Findlay, Ohio, recently graduated from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin with a major in educational studies.
