Duane's Great Nephew Tyler Schoen, a junior for the Chinook High School Sugarbeeter wrestling team, is carrying on the family tradition. Schoen won the 170 pound Class B/C State Title back in February. Duane's sister Mary Lou Butcher is Tyler's grandmother and stated, "I was there at Great Falls Central High School in '67 and remember seeing Duane get his arm raised. It was truly a special moment for the family to be there when Tyler had his arm raised as a State Champion."
