Chinook opens with pair of lopsided wins over Great Falls Central and Dutton/Brady to start 2-0

The Chinook Sugarbeeters may have only two players with a lot of varsity experience but after an opening weekend that saw them win two games by an average of 19 points and with an infusion of young talent it may just be a matter of time before that is a distant memory.

Chinook opened play Thursday with a 60-42 victory over the Great Falls Central Catholic Mustangs. Saturday they handled the Dutton/Brady Diamondbacks 60-44 in a contest that didn't seem that close.

The 'Beeters led just 12-9 against the Mustangs and 27-19 at halftime.
