Turner School presents students in concert for Christmas

The fifth and sixth grade sang "Do You Hear What I Hear?" by Gloria Shayne Baker, "Merry Christmas Mom" by Mary Butto, "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer," composed by Johnny Marks, and "Run, Run, Rudolph" composed by Marvin Brodie and Johnny Marks. The children singing were back row: Teacher Mrs. Elissa Zellmer, Ryanne Briere, Dakota Krass, Lacey Hickel, and Laci Maloney; front row: Charlie Calvert, Colten Honey, Shay Humphreys, Trever Kimmel, and Chantry Jorgenson. Absent was sixth grader K'Dee Campbell.

The Turner Public School hosted a concert for everyone in the community to enjoy before their Christmas break began. All grades, kindergarten through sixth grades sang prior to Santa making his yearly visit and to listen to all the children’s wishes. The National Honor Society made up treat bags that were given to all the children as they came up to visit Santa. The Hogeland Happy Housewives Club served refreshments following the program. It was a lovely evening and everyone who attended enjoyed the Christmas spirit that each class presented with their singing.
