Chinook boys finish 3rd at state 'C', bring home hardware for fifth straight season

The Chinook high school varsity girls and boys golf teams took a full load to the Montana Class C State Championship in Hamilton last week.

In what has become an annual occurrence the 'Beeter boys brought home a trophy for the fifth consecutive year, finishing third in the team race. Senior Ian McIntosh earned All-State honors in leading the 'Beeters.

For the first time the 'Beeters qualified both teams for the tournament. Senior Allie Skoyen, sophomore Carrie Hofer and freshman Ashley MacLeod made up the girls roster.
