Susan, Gene, Emily and Eric Billmayer had dinner on Monday night at the Jim Billmayer home to celebrate their anniversary.

Ilona McGuire’s brother from California, Onni Herranen, his daughter Margie, and his friend Monica Sisk, visited Dennis and Ilona Monday and Tuesday of last week. They all enjoyed their visit!

Harlan and Jane Krass enjoyed visiting Adam and Lauren Hauge and Caleb, Evan Hauge, and Darel and Linda Hauge on Saturday afternoon.

Emily and Susan Billmayer had lunch at Shannon Van Voast’s on Thursday.

Crystal Grabofsky, Maggie Kimmel, and Loretta Beck took Katie Kimmel, Cassidy and Holly Grabofsky, and Abby Grabofsky to the Ft. Peck Theatre to take in the “Mary Poppins” musical Sunday afternoon. Cooper and Lucy Grabofsky stayed home with Rennay Watkins.

Susan, Gene and Emily Billmayer attended the wedding reception for Dusty Mohar on Saturday evening in Turner.

Last week, Sandy Beck attended a Quilt Guild meeting on Monday evening in Turner. They discussed the guild birthday celebration to be held on Sept. 12 in Harlem at 7:00. Edna Gregory will do a presentation at that time.

Susan Billmayer was over to Harlan and Jane Krass’ on Friday morning for coffee.

Kathy Zellmer took Caleb, Brady, and Gracie Zellmer to swimming lessons in Chinook last Monday.

Jim and Helen Billmayer were supper guests at Betty and Mark Billmayer’s home in Chinook on Sunday evening as well as Barb Weber. They enjoyed visiting Sheri, Olivier, and Stephanie before they travelled back to Seattle on Monday.

Wally and Loretta Beck attended Dusty and Misty Mohar’s wedding and reception in Turner on Saturday.

Hilary, Hannah, and Natalie Richman visited Harlan and Jane Krass on Tuesday and they made fresh cherry pie. Diana, Anita and girls, and Linda also stopped by later in the day to visit.

Jen, Josiah, and Sofia Cuaresma arrived at Ed and Kathy Zellmer’s home on Friday to visit. Jen went back home to Missoula on Monday and the kids will stay with Grandma and Grandpa for two weeks before school starts up.

Julie Petrie and her friend stopped by to visit Jim and Helen Billmayer on Sunday on their way back to Billings and had lunch with them.

Ellen Swensen passed away recently and her services will be held on Aug. 25 at 2:00 at the Chinook Lutheran Church.

Brenda and Laci Maloney visited at the Ed Zellmer home on Sunday afternoon while Jen was out from Missoula.

Diana Maloney and Linda Hauge visited Harlan and Jane Krass on Sunday.

Attn: There will be “Movie at the Park” night at the Turner Park on Sunday, August 21, at dark approximately 8:45 p.m. The movie to be played will be “Herbie the Love Bug”. This fun evening is sponsored by the Big Flat 4-H Club. Freewill donations will be accepted and used for community projects. Everyone, of all ages, is encouraged to come. Bring your own lawn chairs.
