Helen Parnell celebrates 90th with family & friends

Helen Parnell with her family that attended her 90th birthday party at the Chinook Senior Citizens Center. The Birthday Cake was beautifully decorated and made by Ardis Conrad, pink the main color. Everyone had a good time with soup and sandwiches and visiting.
