Glenna Ammen was to a birthday party honoring Virginia McCracken on Sunday.

Bill Hake helped with the Post-Prom breakfast at the Legion Hall Saturday evening.

Word has been received that Glen Olson of Florida passed away on Friday morning. Glen was previously from Turner. Military funeral services are pending.

Tom and Lucy Fairbank enjoyed taking in the Grand March at the prom Saturday night.

Sonny and Nellie Obrecht took in the Founder’s banquet on Friday night at MSU-Northern. Sonny was a golden graduate of Northern and joined several others in this celebration.

Bill and Mary Hake were to Big Sky where they visited with Bill’s son, Ed Hake. On their way home they stopped to visit two of Mary’s daughters. Their first stop was at Lela’s home in Helena and then on to Conrad to Betty’s.

Lucy Fairbank stayed down at Watkins with Lanie last week as A.J. and Denise were on the Senior trip to Nashville with Rennay.

Shania Maloney graduated from M.S.U.-N on Saturday. She received her B.S. degree in Elementary Education and a minor in K-12 Art. Family members who came to help her celebrate were; Linda Hauge, Anita Reed, Lucas, Brooke and Bridget Reed, Harlan and Jane Krass, Dan and Helen Maloney, Jim Reed, Brenda and Laci Maloney, Jill Krass, Shyan and Dakota, Max and Kirsti Cederberg, Evan Hauge, Laura Bratz, Hilary and Tim Richman, Hannah and Natalie.A family dinner was held after the ceremony at the Duck Inn.

The District 9C track meet will be held in Havre on Wednesday, May 10th.

The National Honor Society Basketball camp will be held on Friday at the School

There will be a Junior High Track meet on Saturday at 10:00 in Havre.

Remember that this next Sunday is Mother’s Day. Take time to thank your Mother for everything she has done for you!

Cindy and Tim Cowan hosted a family birthday dinner on Sunday for Virginia McCracken. Family members coming were Doug and Tracy, Nicole and Cody, Bruce McCracken, Keith and Sarah Cowan, Kelly McCracken and the birthday guest, Virginia. Later that afternoon a few ladies came over to celebrate with coffee and cake with her. Those attending were Mary Hake, Patty Simons, Nancy Snider, Sarah Cowan, Peggy Van Voast, Rose Van Voast, Glenna Ammen, Val Van Voast, Marge Hickel, Nellie Obrecht, and of course the host, Cindy. Happy Birthday, Cindy!!

Cody Welsh and his date, Korrin Harmon, attended prom and the Lion’s breakfast.

Lane Snider stayed with Austin on Saturday and they camped at the creek.

Trent Billmayer, Tate, Ty, and Harley Beck spent Saturday night with Grandpa Ralph and Grandma Nancy Snider while their parents attended the prom banquet and grand march. Ella and Sarah got ready for prom at Grandma and Grandpa’s, The girls’ dates and several of their friends stopped by there too. It is always a joy seeing these young people all dressed up looking so beautiful and handsome. What an enjoyable evening.

Sis Nace was to Welsh’s to help Isley celebrate her 3rd birthday and to see the prom.

Diana Maloney and Anita Reed stopped over to see Mom and Dad Krass on Sunday. Also there visiting was Hilary Richman and girls.

Cody Welsh competed in the top ten meet in Glasgow on Tuesday.
