The Blaine County Library Board will hold their regular monthly meeting Monday June 26th at 11:00 a.m. in the library meeting room.

Thank you to everyone who helped with our Summer Reading Program last week. We appreciate you and couldn't do it without your help! We had a change of plans for our program this week, so next week we will have special guests the Stonebroke String Band at 2:00 p.m. Kids will learn about the different musical instruments and be entertained by the band. "Secret Life of Pets" will be the movie Monday June 26th at 2:00 p.m. It is rated PG and lasts for 1 hour and 27 minutes. LEGO Club will be Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. and Middle School Hangout will be Thursday at 2:00 p.m.

We have variety of new books ready to go this week. If you are looking for non-fiction we have "If I Understood You, Would I Have This Look on My Face?" by Alan Alda. Alda tells the fascinating story of his quest to learn how to communicate better, and to teach others to do the same. With his trademark humor and candor, he explores how to develop empathy as the key factor. "The Names of the Stars" by Pete Fromm is a Montana non-fiction book. Fromm's new memoir sees his return to the wilderness while exploring fatherhood, mortality, and the risks and rewards of a life lived at the wild edges. If you are looking for a western, we have "Snake Oil: Easy Pickin's" by Marcus Galloway. We have several books from bestselling authors this week. "Dying Breath" by Heather Graham, "The Ultimatum" by Karen Robards, "Love Story" by Karen Kingsbury and "The Identicals" by Elin Hilderbrand are all ready to go.

New movies are Beauty and the Beast, La La Land, Rock Dog and Rogue One.

There is always something going on at the library. Check us out on Facebook or look us up on our website at http:www.blainecountylibrary.org for up to date information about what's going on!
