Milk River Gobblers award Four Scholorships worth $1,500 Total

The Milk River Gobblers Club of Havre has distributed 4 scholarships this year totaling $1500.00. At the start of this year, only 2 $500.00 scholarships were going to be awarded. But, because of an outstanding turnout at this February’s banquet, we were able to award two additional $250.00 scholarships.
These scholarships are awarded to those individuals interested in pursuing a field involving some type of outdoor “wildlife” degree. Recipients are selected from schools starting at Chester and running to Malta. Also, south to Big Sandy, including Box Elder and Rocky Boy.
Scholarship competition is open to both boys and girls and will be awarded annually. Only two $500.00 scholarships are tentatively planned for each year with exception being extra funding through the Milk River Gobblers Club.
