Chinook Student Council will continue to be active in the community

Above left: 2018-19 CHS Student Council President Kourtney Hanson had a goal to increase the schools involvment within the community. CHS Counslor Faye Friede thanks Kourtney for her service and dedication to the CHS Student Body. The increase in CHS student council's community involvement is a direct result of Kourtney's commendable leadership. The council will proudly present funds raised last spring in the Meadowlark, junior high and high schools at the 65th annual state student council convention this November 3-5 in Bozeman. Proceeds from the fundraiser go toward Make a Wish Montana. Hanson took her efforts beyond the school and auctioned off her shoes she wore at the 2019 Miss Montana Pagent and donated another $100 from that.
