Wally and Loretta Beck went to Great Falls on Tuesday for a medical appointment, and enjoyed lunch with Jerry and Marilyn Herman at Boston’s and also had a short visit with Laura Sherwood.

Wally and Loretta Beck attended the funeral for Virginia McCracken in Turner on Wednesday. Jim and Diane Jenks also stopped that afternoon for a short visit.

Diana Maloney, Anita, Brooke, and Bridget Reed visited Jane and Harlan Krass on Friday afternoon. Linda Hauge and Hilary and Natalie Richman visited throughout the week as well.

Mike, Crystal, Cassidy, Holly, Cooper, and Lucy Grabofsky were overnight guests at the Wallace Beck home while they were harvesting their crop in the Hogeland area.

Several fans from the Big Flat area attended the volleyball games in Harlem on Thursday night. It was a sweet victory vs. Malta varsity! Congratulations Harlem Lady Cats!

A large crowd attended the funeral services for Virginia McCracken on Wednesday at the Turner Lutheran Church. Sympathy is extended from the community to all of her family.

The Big Flat 4-H Club met in Harlem at the Library on Sunday afternoon. The next meeting will be held in October and will be the start of the new 4-H year. New prospective members will be invited to attend. More details will follow next week about this event.
