Chinook Senior JT Hauer 3rd - 170 Lbs
The Chinook Sugarbeeter and Harlem Wildcat wrestling teams were in Cut Bank this past weekend. The Sugarbeeters entered six wrestlers into the tournament with three earning podium finishes. The Wildcats had six entries as well.
Leading the way for the 'Beeter grapplers was senior JT Hauer with a third place finish in the 172 pound division.
Hauer had the toughest of draws to begin the tournament, opening up with a match against eventual champion Isaiah Alik of Mission/Charlo High School. Alik is undefeated on the season and pinned Hauer in the first match of the day.
