Joseph Stuart Snell 37, of Spirit lake ND. passed away March 26th 2020 of natural causes.

Joseph was born September 2nd 1982 in great falls Montana to Donna Snell Firstraised and Gary Millier. He leaves behind a daughter whom he loved very much Abigail Thomas. He graduated from Harlem high School in 2001 and was currently furthering his education in North Dakota. He received his carpentry certificate in December 2019. Joseph had an infectious smile that we will forever miss and never forget.Joe was very loving and kind-hearted. Also very mischievous always grinning ear-to-ear. Joe would try to talk you out of anything or barter with you lol. He always had to one-up one of his siblings no matter what it was lol Joseph was a "grandma's boy" always stayed with Grandma Ruby as a kid. He was her baby boy. Our beloved Joseph is survived by his mother Donna Snell Firstraised (Ft.belknap) Father Gary Millier ( Boston Mass) sisters Michelle Snell (Chinook) Maria (Earl) Ollinger Nikita Firstraised both of Fort Belknap and Courtney Knockwood (Nova Scotia, Canada). Brothers Matthew Firstraised (Colleen) of Parshall, ND Brandon Firstraised of Fort Belknap. Life long partner Nicole Thomas, daughter Abigail Grace both of Fort Totten, ND 10 nieces and nephews. Many other relatives who he loved and deeply cared about. He will be truly missed by all that knew him. Both services will take place at the residence of his mother's in lower rodeo drive, wake on Sunday 3/29/20 @ 3 pm and the funeral was Monday 3/30/20 @11 am with burrial in lodgepole cemetery. Joseph was proceeded in death by our Dad Myron D. Firstraised, Maternial Grandma Ruby M. Talksdifferent, Grandpa George "Bush" Snell Sr. Paternal Grandpa Alex Bercier Sr. Grandma Margie Firstraised. Uncles Douglas R Snell Sr, George"chub" Snell Jr. Aunt's Debbie Snell, Bea Firemoon, Alice"porky" Matye, Ann Marie Bercier, numerous cousins and close friends.
