From last weeks news- Alyssa and Dalton Cornell and children of Billings were also guests at the Dave Cornell home over the weekend for Mothers Day.

Susan Billmayer was up to visit Harlan and Jane Krass on Friday and had coffee with them.

Crystal, Cassidy, Holly, Cooper, and Lucy Grabofsky, and Abby, Lucas, and Zane Grabofskyy spent Sunday with Grandma Loretta and Grandpa Wally Beck and enjoyed Lunch and Supper together. Crystal also did some garden work for her Mom. Sadie Grabofsky stopped in the afternoon to pick up her children. It was great to see all of them.

Graduation was held Saturday in Turner at the Turner Park. It was a little breezy but it was successful and enjoyed by all. Those graduating were Seniors, Sarah Billmayer and Jack Harmon. Eighth graders were Hannah Richman, Paycee Leo, Katie Kimmel, Emma Timmons, Gracie Honey, Ryan Doyle, and Trent Billmayer. We wish all of them our best wishes and it will be a graduation to remember .

Susan Billmayer visited Shannon VanVoast on Thursday in Turner.

Lutheran Church will reconvene next Sunday at Hogeland and Turner, Hogeland is at 8:30 and Turner is at 9:50, There will be a few changes in the service with social distancing still happening. Everyone is trying to get back to normal with a few variations.

School will be dismissed on Tuesday for the summer. Lets hope by fall, the kids can go back to school and have normal teaching methods. Online sure worked though, and kids kept learning and reading.

Memorial Day is this weekend. There will be no services at any of the three cemeteries because of the Corona virus distancing. Families still can decorate their family graves. Just no set time or service. Certainly different from years past.

Visitors Sunday at Harlan and Jane Krass’ were Diana Maloney, Anita Reed and Brooke, and Linda Hauge. Linda was over on Saturday and hooked up the Graduation ceremony in Turner for her folks.
