Harlem Library

November 11, 2020

The library is closed today in observance of Veterans Day. We will also be closed November 17 and 18 for staff training.

Besides the five hotspots the library has to loan out we now have two iPads ready to be checked out. You must be a patron in good standing for at least one month, be at least eighteen years old, and complete a lending agreement prior to check out. These devices may be checked out for fourteen days.

The Book Challenge for November is to read a book about politics or government. We have a display with some selections for you to choose from.

We are excited to share a wonderful STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) resource for children and their families. Thanks to the American Society of Civil Engineers, STAR Net and its Project BUILD, we will be offering a free film screening of the documentary "Dream Big: Engineering Our World." You can access the film within a 24 hour period on November 10th, 14th, 17th, or 24th. Contact the library for the links and passcodes to view the film in the comfort of your own home

If you cannot make it to the library in person please contact us and we will do our best to get materials to you. We are also continuing curbside delivery and pickup. Those of you who wish to check out ebooks to read on your device or audio books to listen to for free may do so through MontanaLibrary2Go with your library card. Call the library for more information.
