Thunderbirds Take on Box Elder in 7C Play-in

The (2-14) Hays/Lodge Pole Thunderbird Volleyball team finished the regular season this past week with a 3-1 setback to the Big Sandy Pioneers.
The Thunderbirds continued to show improvement in taking a set from the Pioneers. Hays/Lodge Pole may not have found the win column often this fall but they were certainly competitive in every match they played, making their opponents earn each point.
They enter the District 7C Volleyball Tournament as the No. 8 Seed and will take on the No. 9 Seed Box Elder Bears.
The Match is set to get underway at 9:00 a.m. Thursday morning in Chinook.
The winner of the match will advance into the full tournament and take on the No. 1 Seed Highwood/Geraldine Rivals. The loser will see their season end. The Thunderbirds swept the Bears for both of their wins this season
