I Believe in the Future of Agriculture

January 5, 2022

Launched in September and running through February 2022, the I Believe in the Future of Agriculture campaign is an educational campaign for agricultural education and FFA targeted to promote FFA with Montana stakeholders.

Through this campaign, the Montana FFA Foundation seeks to raise funds for local FFA chapters across Montana for innovative projects in their classrooms, leadership programming, community service projects, and FFA events to advance agricultural education in the schools.

According to Gwynn Simeniuk, Executive Director of the Montana FFA Foundation, this is Montana's first-ever I Believe in the Future of Ag campaign.

“Rooted in agriculture and grown to innovate, the Montana FFA Foundation is committed to education for all, transformational experiences, and driving positive change in our local communities,” Simeniuk stated. She encourages Montana students to join FFA “where every student can find their future through agriculture.”

Two of the I Believe campaign sponsors are Farmers Union Insurance and the Northern Ag Network. They not only support a statewide educational campaign targeting Montana's general public but promote the value of FFA in students’ lives. I Believe corporate sponsorships create a fund to match fundraising efforts in local FFA chapters throughout the state.

Anyone wishing to support the future of agriculture in the Turner, Harlem, or Chinook communities is encouraged to make a gift at MontanaFFA.org or to mail a gift in the name of the community’s FFA Chapter to the Montana FFA Foundation, 502 S. 19th Ave.; Suite 113; Bozeman, MT 59718. One hundred per cent of these chapter-specific donations are returned to the designated FFA chapter with an additional portion matched at the end of the campaign in February 2022.

Funds raised through the I Believe in the Future of Ag campaign assist schools statewide in advancing student opportunities through new project resources, curriculum, equipment, and leadership development opportunities.
