Senior Center Greetings!

Lots of fun things coming up this month at the Senior Center!

We are in the preliminary stages of forming a CORNHOLE league. We would also like to form a BILLIARDS league.

We are open to suggestions, so please do share your thoughts with us.

Once we have the details worked out, we will contact any interested parties, so call and ask for Ginger.

We are also talking about a Pie Social to be held, potentially on Monday, July 24th!! Stay tuned.

We are having our Foot Clinic on July 10th, due to the holiday, so please call us or stop by and sign up.

There are still openings left. We can be reached at 357-2648. Foot health is very important!

Cribbage is played every Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. Players are wanted and we are very willing to teach you, if you would like to learn.

We also have our book exchange program. If you come in and exchange books or just take one to read or drop off, please sign the sheet so we get credit for your visit.

Bingo is played each Thursday at 1:00 p.m. Anyone can play. Each card is a dime, only one card for each player wins per round. Jackpot Bingo is the last Thursday of the month.

Live music by the Kitchen band on Fridays, starting at 10:00.

The July birthday party will be held on Friday, July 28th.

Don’t forget our Respite care program. This is such a wonderful asset to our community! The caregiver and the recipient of the care must both have an intake form filled out in order to qualify for reimbursement.

Please come to the center to pick up the forms.

We are getting great compliments on our meals! We will also be featuring an International meal one day per week.

If you are unable to come , please call so that we are able to deliver to you. Please make sure to call by 9:00 a.m.! This is a change of time, to allow our cooks to prepare our lunch!

Candice & Karla are doing a great job of preparing both tasty and healthy meals!

Caramel Rolls, Plain Cinnamon Rolls and Maple Sticks are $1.50 each or $15.00 a dozen. Please call by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday for all orders for rolls. They can be picked up on Thursday morning starting at 7:00 a.m.
