The Blaine County Library Board of Trustees will hold their regular monthly meeting Monday August 28th at 4:30 p.m.
All Summer programs are now over. Emily will continue to do Story Time Tuesday mornings at 10:30 a.m. All other programs will start in mid-September. We will be changing some things up, and adding some new programs, so stay tuned for more information.
Did you know that The Chinook Opinion from 1890 through 1978 is now digitized? They can be accessed on any computer in the library. If you have a subscription to Ancestry.com, you can access the newspapers from your home computer.
We are pleased to announce that Blaine County Library is participating in the Dolly Parton Imagination Library program. Children from 0-5 years old are eligible. If you have a child or grandchild who is eligible, sign them up! Only a small portion of eligible children in Blaine County are currently receiving books through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. We have forms available in the library to register a child or you can register them on-line at http://www.imaginationlibrary.com/checkavailability. Once a child is registered, they will receive a free book in the mail in approximately 6-8 weeks.
