Retired middle school teacher now training seniors at Chinook Center

Jack Brandon, who grew up in Chinook and taught school for thirty plus years in Havre, is shown demonstrating watercolor painting techniques at the Chinook Senior Center. Brandon, a self-taught painter, is conducting introductory classes for seniors. He is starting with watercolors and hopes to move on to other painting techniques with the seniors who continue in his classes. Classes meet for about two hours a day, on Wednesdays at 1pm. There is no charge to take the classes.
Jack Brandon, a retired middle school teacher from Havre, is now using his teaching skills at the Chinook Senior Center to help seniors learn to paint. For the past few weeks Brandon has been offering a watercolor painting class. The class is open to all, regardless of experience level in painting.
