Chuck Palm's recent book talk is available online

Chuck Palm recently gave a book talk at the Hoover Institution on November 7. Interested readers can find the talk online at "YouTube" by searching under "Hoover Institution Library and Archives" or search from "Hoover's Event Page."

Chuck is a graduate of Chinook High School, class of 1962. He is the Deputy Director Emeritus of the Hoover Institution located on the campus of Stanford University. His book released in 2024, "Documenting Communism," is based on the agreement he negotiated in 1992 to microfilm the archives of the Soviet Communist Party and Soviet State.
