Motorcycle Ride Unites Riders, Honors Veterans, and Supports a Worthy Cause

On Saturday, June 7th, the local American Legion Riders (ALR) sponsored a "Montana Wounded Warrior" Ride, with all proceeds going to support wounded and disabled veterans from Montana. The funds raised-estimated at nearly $14,000-will remain within the state to directly benefit local veterans through the Montana Wounded Warriors program, which offers hunting and fishing trips to Montana veterans who have a 30% or greater disability rating through the VA.
