Book Proceeds Help Launch Scholarship for Vocational Students at MSU-Northern

HAVRE, MT – In a meaningful celebration, Montana State University–Northern hosted a check presentation marking the first proceeds from a remarkable true-crime memoir, Murder on Montana's Hi-Line, authored by Clem Pellett.
