JULIO EDWARD BEAR SALVESON

Julio Edward Bear Salveson, 25, took his last ride to be with the Lord January 29, 2026. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 3, 2026, from 6:00-9:00 pm. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 1:00 pm, both held at the Wilderness Funeral Home in Malta.

Julio was born in Wolf Point, MT, on March 8, 2000. He was raised in Malta by his parents Dale and Sherry Salveson. He graduated from Malta High School in 2018. After he graduated, he pursued his love of being a cowboy. You could always catch Julio out with a rope in his hands because that was his passion.

Julio was a beloved son, brother, uncle and friend. Julio cherished his family and friends more than anything. He considered his friends family. Julio had a passion for being a cowboy. He loved being out on the prairie riding his horses. Julio considered that the best time to talk to God. Julio also loved a good campfire and being the "chef" at a BBQ. Julio was a man that would drop everything if anyone he cared about needed help. His favorite was helping with rodeos and cows. Heaven gained a great cow hand who will be greatly missed. A gentle giant who we all love, Who Bear.

He was preceded in death by his dad Dale Salveson.

Julio is survived by his mom Sherry Salveson, sisters Sarah (Elijah) Faydo, Angel (Landen) Shettel, Amanda Horn; brothers Danny Salveson, Caleb Salveson, Sage Dupree, Rylee Brusse, John Salveson, Chris Horn, Adam Kinville; nephews Octavian and Ace Faydo, Kingston; nieces Stella Faydo, Analyse; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends..
