Havre Elks Awards 6 Graduates Scholarships

Havre Elks Lodge #1201 recently awarded 6 graduating high school seniors.

Lodge Scholarship Co-Chair Brandy Kurtz announced that recipients of this year’s local Elks Most Valuable Student Awards are:

• Bridget Reed — Turner High School

• Carter Rayburn — Chinook High School;

• Alice Bold, Tyson Brandon, Gracie Shandorf and Teegan Solomon — Havre High School

The six local MVS winners advanced to the Montana State Elks Association competition for all applicants state wide, if selected they then move on to the National level.
