Officers investigated a report at 2:39 p.m of theft of beer at a store on the 500 Block of Second Street and while making a building check Saturday, April 4, 2026, arrested Acoya Nathan Gopher of Rocky Boy, 28, on charges of criminal trespass to property and theft.
