Each year, the President signs a new proclamation for National Day of Prayer, and each year has a slightly different theme or focus. The theme of the 2026 National Day of Prayer is “Glorify God Among the Nations – Seeking Him in All generations,” based on the scripture I Chronicles 16:24, which reads this way: “Tell of His glory among the nations, His wonderful deed among all the peoples.”
