Benson and Horn:

For the first time in 24 years Blaine County's District 1 will have a new commissioner. Currently the position is held by Delores Plumage who is not seeking reelection after serving consecutively since 2002.

The June 2nd primary has two Democratic candidates running for the position: Carletta Benson and Curtis Horn.
