Harlem Civic Association Schedules Spring Cleaning

As the temperatures grow more seasonable and spring continues to advance, the Harlem Civic Association has scheduled spring cleaning. Harlem Cleanup Week is slated to take place from May 11-15. President of the Harlem Civic Association (HCA), Kayla Hudon invites the community to "join in taking pride in our neighborhoods."
