Wittmer Wins Regional Law Enforcement Poster Contest

Payson Wittmer, an 11-year-old fourth-grade student at Sunnyside Elementary in Havre, has been named the Region 2 winner of Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen's 5th Annual Law Enforcement Appreciation Poster Contest.

According to Chase Scheuer, Deputy Communications Director for the Montana Attorney General's Office, Payson's winning entry earned his class a $250 award courtesy of Stockman Bank, along with an ice cream party hosted by Montana Highway Patrol troopers.
