Havre, MT-- Havre's District 4 HRDC wrote a letter to the Havre Police Department to recognize Officer Buck Easley for his exceptional professionalism, Compassion, and commitment to serving our community.

During officer Easley's investigations with HRDC, and learning about the concerns for resident's safety, Officer Easley took the time to understand their operations and took proactive measures to help ensure the safety of the residents and staff of HRDC.
