An animal was taken to the Havre Animal Shelter after an 8:30 a.m. report at the police station that someone found a dog.

Officers responding to a report from Fifth Avenue at 12:03 p.m. that two men were yelling at each other resolved the incident peacefully.

Skylar Jayde Watson of Havre, 32, was issued a summons on a charge of criminal mischief or vandalism by officers responding to a 1:10 p.m. report from Fourth Street of a man popping a tire on a motorcycle.
