Atraeu Jacob Belcourt of Havre, 34, was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt by officers responding to a 7:59 a.m. report from the police station of a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Officers issued a written or verbal warning after a caller from the 200 Block of Third Avenue at 6:05 p.m. said a couple of people had been watching the caller for the past half-hour.

Raini June Rogers of Ashland, 29, was issued a summons on charges of theft from buildings and possession of toxic substances by officers responding to a 6:56 a.m. report from the 700 Block of First Street that a woman was passed out in the women’s restroom.

Officers responding to a 6:09 a.m. report from 14th Avenue of a fight resolved the incident peacefully.

An animal was taken to the Havre Animal Shelter after an 8:30 a.m. report at the police station that someone found a dog.

Officers responding to a report from Fifth Avenue at 12:03 p.m. that two men were yelling at each other resolved the incident peacefully.

Officers issued a written or verbal warning after a caller from Sixth Avenue at 1:51 p.m. reported a dog attacked the caller and the caller’s dogs.

Ronnie Lynn Johnson of Box Elder, 20, was arrested on charges of purchase or possession of intoxicants by a minor, disorderly conduct and on a misdemeanor Justice or City court warrant by officers responding to a 6:55 p.m. call from a restaurant on the 600 Block of First Street West.

Skylar Jayde Watson of Havre, 32, was issued a summons on a charge of criminal mischief or vandalism by officers responding to a 1:10 p.m. report from Fourth Street of a man popping a tire on a motorcycle.

Officers responding to a report from First Street that a man was walking in the middle of the road issued a written or verbal warning.
