You know, Lord, heard little kids talking about how their Grandfather had visited and taught them how to pray. Same thing when we were little kids, Grandpa, who lived far away, paid us a visit. We were too young to remember much about him but one result of his visit is that we little children learned how to pray. Grandpa told us about heaven, that our Grandma was already there waiting for him first, and much later on, she’d be waiting for us. Our first little hesitant prayers were memorized table prayers of blessing, ‘thank you for the food we eat’.
