Donald Eugene Low, 84, of Havre passed away on June 11, 2026, in Billings, Montana. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 25 at 2:00pm at Bear Paw Lake Pavillion, south of Havre.
Don was born on May 20, 1942 in Newport, Washington to Lorene Shull and Eugene Kellogg. Don's mother married Milton Low who adopted Don when he was a baby. Don attended schools in Spokane, WA. He attended culinary school in Louisiana and shared his skills at many places in Louisiana and Mon-tana. His pizza recipe and barbecue sauces were his specialty.
