HAVRE – Bear Paw Development Corporation recently released its Annual Report for 2025. The multi-county nonprofit economic and community development organization, founded in 1969, serves Liberty, Hill, Blaine, Chouteau and Phillips Counties and the Rocky Boy’s and Fort Belknap Indian Reservations.
