Upon receiving their gift from Kristi Warburton and presented by Brandon Nissen, the students expressed gratitude for their gift. Classes are back in session for students at Zurich Elementary School, and the end of the first week, August 21 held a special surprise. At 1:15 p.m. on Friday, President of the Sugarbeeter Foundation and an alum of Zurich Elementary School, Brandon Nissen made a brief presentation.
After forming in November 2025, the Sugarbeeter Foundation announced in February 2026 that for their first fundraiser they would be selling raffle tickets for a GaGa ball pit.
