Because of this, there will be NO school on Thursday so that everyone has the opportunity to go to support our basketball program in Havre at the Blue Pony gymnasium.     IRENE STOUT was born on February 21, 1927 at the family home, which was 10 miles south of Climax, Sask. Canada. Irene has four son’s Paul, Dan, Wade and John. Irene was a teacher and farm wife. Irene has lived at the Center since February 10th, 2010. You can find Irene enjoying a good game of cards, part of the exercise program, helping peel potatoes, carrots, opening and locking up the doors, feeding the fish or just maybe enjoying a good cup of coffee and conversation.     Another week has come and gone so quickly. Here we are already in February of 2020. The warmer weather has been a great treat. A lot of the ice and snow disappeared. Very thankful all the volunteers who have cooked on Saturday and Sunday. It’s been a great money maker for the Center. Our cook ended up sick for a few days. So, I cooked a couple days.     Well this month has flown by just like last year. Rose Noel is once again going to be making soup on Saturday’s. The soup will be served from 11:30 to 1:00 p.m. in the Dining Room.     Third hat I wear is the Director for the Harlem Area Senior Citizen’s Center. I was hired by the board of the Senior Center. The Senior Center rents from Northern Montana Hospital the dining room area of the building. The dining room is where the Congregate Meals are held.
