Fridays celebration of our Seniors of the Year, Roger Fischer (2020) and Elaine Campbell (2021), was a rousing success. Roger and Elaine, joined by Brad Taylor played music for us starting around 10 a.m. and only taking a break to have lunch with us at noon and then playing on until almost 2 p.m. We have been enjoying their music every Friday for years. I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving with lots of family and food. The weather was almost perfect for the holiday weekend, minus that wind. But it could have been worse, like some previous thanksgivings where there’s snow up to your knees and the wind is so bitter it cuts you as it blows across any exposed skin.
