Mitzi Cecrle of the Chinook Chamber of Commerce presented Lynne Friede of Dan's NAPA with a plaque recognizing her window display as the best business decorated window during the 2015 Sugarbeet Festival. Friede stated that her window included logos of all the area electrical business and a few other items to make it all come together.
