Wrestlers shine at Chouteau Classic

Chinook senior Tate Niederegger, claimed his fourth Chouteau Classic championship this past weekend. Niederegger won the 145 pound weight class.

The Chinook wrestlers this week took advantage of being able to watch the next level of wrestling. They attended the MSU Northern match against Dickinson State, where they watched Northern win the match 29 to 11. The team witnessed Northern's senior wrestlers and one of their local favorite clinic coaches Ben Stroh win his final home match.

On Friday, they headed to Choteau with Harlem to compete in the Choteau Classic. Seven Wrestlers from Chinook and eight from Harlem went and put their skills to the test against twenty-six other Montana Schools. JT Hauer, Tate Niederegger, Gavin Horn...
