Fort Belknap Mid-Winter Fair "Honoring Our Past"

 


Philomayne (Shields) Tucker, named Travois Woman, appreciated the value of the Mid-Winter Fair in it’s many aspects. She participated in many areas beginning as a teacher creating an attractive booth to display the work of her elementary school class. These displays allowed the parents to see their children’s best award winning work and the community to enjoy the variety of learning activities the school provided.
